1. Service Estimates
All estimates provided by Dave and Tim Hostetler are based on initial site evaluations. Final project pricing may be subject to change based on hidden structural issues or material price fluctuations, which will be discussed transparently before work begins.

2. 5-Year Workmanship Warranty
DT Hostetler’s Construction stands behind every project with a 5-year workmanship guarantee. This covers the installation and labor performed by our crew. Material warranties are provided separately by the manufacturers (such as Sherwin-Williams or WoodBinder).

3. Scheduling and Weather
As we specialize in exterior metalwork and pole barns, project timelines are subject to change due to the severe weather conditions of Northwest PA and Western NY. We prioritize safety and quality over speed.

4. Insurance and Liability
We are a fully insured company carrying liability and workers’ compensation. We take every precaution to protect your property during construction; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural weaknesses or minor landscaping disturbances necessary for equipment access.

5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your professional contract. We typically require a deposit to secure materials and a final payment upon successful completion of the project and site cleanup.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York and Pennsylvania, depending on the physical location of the project site.
